I’ll start by saying that I really like the way otouchan (Natsu) colors, especially the hair. She always adds those awesome shadows that make everything seem so soft you almost want to hug it. The texture used is also very nice, simple and cute and doesn’t shadow the character. The only thing that slightly bothers me is the skin color, a slightly darker shade would have been better but other than that this is an awesome icon. Bravo otouchan!
kurenaicons will be going on hiatus for a week starting today Friday July 16th 2010. I'm going to be doing a massive overhaul to the system we're running on. I'll be opting out of SMF because our REAL purpose for the boards (roleplaying) has been moved sucessfully. BUT don't worry, we'll still have a forum here at kurenaicons but it won't be as big. Just something casual.
SO! with that, I'll be cleaning house and remodeling big time. I ask all my affiliates to be patient. I'll have twitter update and a countdown clock (dunno why. just adds to excitement I think) for everyone to keep in the know until we reopen again. Link exchanges, graphics and resources will DEFINITELY still be in tact. This is still and always will be about anime and manga graphics.
Incase any of you haven't noticed and are wondering where on earth all the RP threads have gone to... We've moved - if you haven't guessed already by the subject of the announcement xD But to clarify exactly what I meant and explain why the rest of the forum is still here - only the RP section is now at the new place, since SMF wouldn't lettuce (whut?) upgrade the forums to 2.0. So, yes, all the other things - the graphics, resources, etc. - will remain exactly where they are. :3
And at this time, I'd like to thank mama (neko-ka-san) and Pakky (stupiDx), who lent me their time and helped - A LOT - with all the thread moving. Mama especially for, well, creating the new forums, registering/managing accounts, and making brand new app templates for us all. x)

Wallpaper by neko-ka-san .Very nice job kaasan and I’m not saying this just because Hijikata is awesome, that just comes as a plus to this amazing wallpaper. You can find more pretty works in the wallpapers section.
